What does this comparison mean?
The RTX 4060 is a sizeable step from the GDDR5 GTX 1650 in GPUsed's recorded workload, and memory capacity rises from 4GB to 8GB. It is worth checking which GTX 1650 you own before using the result: the GDDR6 refresh is listed separately and has a different recorded average.
GTX 1650 4GB GDDR5 has 4GB and RTX 4060 8GB has 8GB of graphics memory. Memory capacity, board dimensions, power connectors and the price of a particular used card are separate from this benchmark. Compare the exact item before deciding whether to upgrade.
The two GPUs in context
GTX 1650 4GB GDDR5
This entry uses the original desktop GTX 1650 with 4GB of GDDR5, launched in April 2019. NVIDIA also lists a separate GDDR6 variant.
RTX 4060 8GB
The RTX 4060 is the 8GB Ada Lovelace desktop model. Its June 2023 launch followed the separate RTX 4060 Ti.

How the figures are compared
Both FPS figures come from the owner-supplied GPUsed benchmark dataset. GPUsed reports a continuous FurMark run at 1080p for its physical-card checks. The percentage compares the higher model average with the lower one using the original FPS values. Our rating uses a compressed scale, with the fastest GPU at 100; it is separate from the percentage difference. A benchmark result does not predict gaming FPS.
GPUsed reports its physical-card checks typically last 30 to 60 minutes while temperature and stability are checked. The owner supplied the model-level FPS workbook on 2 October 2026; this benchmark dataset was last reconciled 3 October 2026. Historical cards tested are separate from the number of FPS runs behind a model average. GTX 1650 4GB GDDR5 uses the 55-card GeForce GTX 1650 4GB family total; GPUsed has not split it by this exact variant. Full benchmark method.
