What does this comparison mean?

GTX 1650 4GB GDDR5 records 59 FPS against 49 for Arc A310 4GB. The A310's hardware AV1 encoder makes this a choice about media functions as well as benchmark speed; this test does not measure encoding performance or establish which card suits your video software.

Both variants have 4GB of graphics memory. Memory capacity, board dimensions, power connectors and the price of a particular used card are separate from this benchmark. Compare the exact item before deciding whether to upgrade.

The two GPUs in context

GTX 1650 4GB GDDR5

This entry uses the original desktop GTX 1650 with 4GB of GDDR5, launched in April 2019. NVIDIA also lists a separate GDDR6 variant.

Arc A310 4GB

Intel documents the Arc A310 as a 4GB GDDR6 Xe-HPG card with hardware AV1 encoding. Its media and display functions are separate from its position in this continuous 1080p benchmark; the December 2022 date follows the documented first retail market in our release record.

How the figures are compared

Both FPS figures come from the owner-supplied GPUsed benchmark dataset. GPUsed reports a continuous FurMark run at 1080p for its physical-card checks. The percentage compares the higher model average with the lower one using the original FPS values. Our rating uses a compressed scale, with the fastest GPU at 100; it is separate from the percentage difference. A benchmark result does not predict gaming FPS.

GPUsed reports its physical-card checks typically last 30 to 60 minutes while temperature and stability are checked. The owner supplied the model-level FPS workbook on 2 October 2026; this benchmark dataset was last reconciled 3 October 2026. Historical cards tested are separate from the number of FPS runs behind a model average. GTX 1650 4GB GDDR5 uses the 55-card GeForce GTX 1650 4GB family total; GPUsed has not split it by this exact variant. Full benchmark method.
