GPUsed is run by its owner, Max Brocklesby. Customers deal with a specialist hardware business rather than an anonymous marketplace seller.

You can add an optional contribution of 1%, 5% or 10% at checkout. You do not have to add one to place an order.

Where do checkout contributions go? About, Trust and Donations

GPUsed passes every customer contribution to Lendwithcare and covers the payment fees. The money is transferred monthly. If a contribution is refunded, it goes back to the customer and is not taken back from Lendwithcare. See Donations for details.

What does GPUsed sell? Buying and Product Support

We sell used GPUs, CPUs, RAM, SSDs, hard drives, motherboards, power supplies, PCs and other technology. Current stock and prices are shown in the shop.

Are products tested before sale? Buying and Product Support

Yes. We test used products before listing them. The checks depend on the type of component. See the product listing and our testing page for details.

How does GPUsed test used GPUs? Buying and Product Support

The standard GPU process includes a visual inspection, a GPU-Z legitimacy check, two Unigine benchmark passes and a one-hour FurMark temperature test. Additional checks may be used where appropriate.

What is included with a product? Buying and Product Support

The Included field on the product page lists what comes with it. If a box, cable, adaptor or accessory is not listed, assume it is not included and ask us before ordering if it matters.

Are product photos of the exact item? Buying and Product Support

Photos are normally of the exact item, but we sometimes use representative photos for matching stock. We label them when we do. Contact us before ordering if a particular visual detail matters.

What does “Photo coming soon” mean? Buying and Product Support

It means the product record can be viewed before its photographs are ready. The listing details, stock status and price still apply, but customers can ask for photographs before ordering.

Are website prices and stock current? Buying and Product Support

Check the product page and checkout for the current price and availability. Stock can change quickly. An item is not reserved until checkout is complete unless we agree otherwise.

Yes. Use the contact page and include your PC specification, what you use it for, your budget and any size or power limits. Advice is based on the details you send and the stock available.

Can I buy a sold-out product? Buying and Product Support

No. A sold-out product cannot be purchased unless stock becomes available again. Contact GPUsed if you want help finding an alternative.

Yes. Businesses can buy single items or larger quantities. Contact us first if you need several matching units, specialist paperwork or help arranging transport.

GPUsed considers GPUs, CPUs and other computer components, PCs, specialist hardware and suitable bulk technology stock. GPUsed chooses which items it can buy based on the item, condition, quantity, demand and verification.

How do I request a quote? Selling, Quotes and Part Exchange

Use the Sell to GPUsed form. Select the item type and brand, then provide the exact model, quantity, condition and any relevant notes.

How quickly will GPUsed send a quote? Selling, Quotes and Part Exchange

For standard submissions, GPUsed aims to send a quote within 15 minutes. Complex, bulk or specialist enquiries can take longer when manual review is needed.

What information is needed for a quote? Selling, Quotes and Part Exchange

Tell us the item type, brand, exact model, quantity, condition, whether it works, whether it is boxed and anything missing or faulty. Accurate details help us avoid changing the quote after inspection.

Can GPUsed arrange a courier? Selling, Quotes and Part Exchange

We can arrange a Royal Mail collection for some accepted quotes, or you can use your own tracked service. Follow the instructions supplied with your quote.

When does GPUsed pay sellers? Selling, Quotes and Part Exchange

GPUsed aims to send payment on the same working day the item arrives and passes the agreed checks. Bank or PayPal processing times can vary.

How can sellers be paid? Selling, Quotes and Part Exchange

We pay by bank transfer or PayPal. Agree the method with us securely and do not put bank or PayPal details inside the parcel.

How does part exchange work? Selling, Quotes and Part Exchange

Tell us what you want to sell and which GPUsed product you want to buy. We will quote for your item and tell you the amount left to pay. The final price depends on inspection and the product still being available.

What does the GPUsed quote guarantee cover? Selling, Quotes and Part Exchange

For eligible working GPUs and CPUs, we guarantee to beat a current cash quote from CeX, Techbuyer, GPU Workshop, Bits & PCs or SellGPU.com when it covers the same item, condition and quantity. RAM, storage, motherboards and other components are compared case by case and are not part of the guarantee. See the Terms of Service for the full rules.

Which competitor quotes are eligible for comparison? Selling, Quotes and Part Exchange

It must be a current written quote for the same item, condition, quantity and included accessories. We compare the cash you would receive after any stated fees or deductions. Marketplace asking prices, private offers, vouchers and trade-in credit do not count.

How long is an accepted guaranteed quote valid? Selling, Quotes and Part Exchange

You have seven calendar days to dispatch the item after accepting a guaranteed quote. It can arrive later than that as long as you sent it on time. The item must still match the model, quantity, condition and accessories on your form.

Can a quote change after the item is checked? Selling, Quotes and Part Exchange

Yes. We can change or withdraw a quote if the item, condition, quantity or working status is different from the information supplied. You can accept the new quote or follow the return process in the agreed terms.

Can GPUsed decline an item? Selling, Quotes and Part Exchange

Yes. We do not have to buy every item. We may decline something because of its condition, value, quantity, demand, safety or because we cannot confirm exactly what it is.

Does GPUsed buy and sell used graphics cards? GPUs and Specialist Hardware

Yes. We buy and sell NVIDIA, AMD and other graphics cards, from older gaming models to current and specialist GPUs. It depends on the exact card, condition and stock.

Does GPUsed handle NVIDIA GeForce GPUs? GPUs and Specialist Hardware

Yes. We handle many NVIDIA GeForce GTX and RTX cards, including Founders Edition and partner models. The value depends on the model, condition and demand.

Does GPUsed handle AMD Radeon GPUs? GPUs and Specialist Hardware

Yes. We handle many current and older AMD Radeon RX cards. The value depends on the model, condition and demand.

Does GPUsed consider older GPUs? GPUs and Specialist Hardware

Yes. We consider older GPUs, although the price depends on the model, condition, quantity and whether there is still demand for it.

Does GPUsed handle workstation, AI and datacentre GPUs? GPUs and Specialist Hardware

Yes. GPUsed considers specialist hardware such as NVIDIA RTX A-Series, Quadro, Tesla and suitable AI or datacentre accelerators. These enquiries may need manual review.

Can GPUsed buy bulk GPU stock? GPUs and Specialist Hardware

Yes. GPUsed considers mixed and matching GPU batches from individuals, businesses, universities, datacentres, resellers and other suppliers. Provide a stock list and quantities for an accurate review.

Does previous mining use automatically exclude a GPU? GPUs and Specialist Hardware

No. Tell us about any known mining use or faults. We assess the card itself, including its model, condition and test results.

Why is the exact GPU model important? GPUs and Specialist Hardware

Different manufacturers, coolers, memory capacities and variants can have different values, dimensions and power requirements. Use the full model name from the card or GPU-Z where possible.

Are workstation or datacentre GPUs suitable for gaming? GPUs and Specialist Hardware

Not necessarily. Some lack gaming-focused outputs, cooling or driver support. Check the exact model and intended workload before buying specialist hardware for a desktop PC.

Can GPUsed help source several matching GPUs? GPUs and Specialist Hardware

Yes. We buy and sell AMD and Intel processors. Check the exact model, socket and compatibility before ordering.

Yes. We handle used DDR3, DDR4 and DDR5 memory. Check the capacity, module count, speed and generation because the different types are not interchangeable.

Yes. We buy and sell some SSDs and hard drives depending on the type, capacity, health and condition. Remove your personal data and factory reset the device before sending it where possible.

Yes. Eligibility and compatibility depend on the socket, chipset, form factor, condition, BIOS support and included accessories.

Does GPUsed handle power supplies? Components, PCs and Business

GPUsed may buy and sell suitable power supplies. Customers must check wattage, connectors, age and compatibility, and should never mix modular PSU cables unless the manufacturer confirms they are compatible.

Yes, depending on the parts, condition and demand. Include the full specification when asking for a quote.

Yes. We buy from businesses, IT departments, universities, datacentres, AI companies, resellers and other suppliers. For larger deals, we arrange collection or delivery directly and can travel internationally.

Yes. We provide an invoice for every purchase. Many used items are sold under the VAT Margin Scheme, so do not assume the VAT can be reclaimed unless the invoice states it separately.

Yes. Standard UK delivery is free where stated on the website. Any faster paid options and the final delivery charge are shown at checkout.

We deliver website orders to the UK, Guernsey and Jersey when the address is accepted at checkout. International travel is for separately arranged buying and bulk deals, not normal website orders.

GPUsed dispatches by the next working day. Orders placed before midday may leave sooner, but same-day dispatch is not guaranteed.

Tracked orders receive tracking information through the order details or dispatch notification. Allow time for the carrier’s first scan to appear.

Yes. Send us the exact motherboard, case, power supply, current parts and planned upgrade. We can help, but you still need to check the full specification before ordering.

What should I check before buying a GPU? Compatibility, Grading and Contact

Check physical clearance, slot width, power-supply wattage, required power connectors, motherboard slot, display outputs and whether the rest of the system suits the intended use.

What do Grade A, Grade B and Grade C mean? Compatibility, Grading and Contact

Grade A normally has lighter signs of use, Grade B has more noticeable cosmetic wear and Grade C has heavier wear or specific condition notes. Check the individual listing and our Grading System for the exact condition.

What does Grade B corrosion wording mean? Compatibility, Grading and Contact

If a Grade B listing mentions corrosion, the item has been kept in sub-par conditions and some rust or corrosion has started to form. This is why it is Grade B. The listing will confirm that the cosmetic issue did not affect performance during our tests.
