How it works

  1. Tell us about the item. Include the exact model, condition and whether it works.
  2. Get your quote. If anything is missing, we'll ask before quoting. There is no obligation to sell.
  3. Send the item. Accept the quote and follow the postage or collection instructions.
  4. We check it. We compare the item with the details on your form and confirm the price.
  5. We pay you. We aim to pay on the same working day it arrives and passes our checks. Bank and PayPal processing times vary.

Part exchange

Choose part exchange on the form and tell us which GPUsed product you want. We'll confirm the value of your item and the amount left to pay. Stock is reserved once the arrangement and payment are complete.

Before you submit

  • Tell us about any faults, damage or missing parts.
  • Include your payout details inside the parcel or provide them in the agreed message thread.
  • Wait for the quote and sending instructions.
