GPUSED LTD – SHIPPING POLICY
Last updated: 28 June 2026
This Shipping Policy explains how GPUsed Ltd handles delivery, dispatch, collection, tracking and shipping-related issues.
This policy should be read together with the GPUsed Terms of Service, Refund and Return Policy, Warranty and the relevant product listing.
1. SUMMARY
GPUsed ships used technology products including graphics cards, CPUs, RAM, SSDs, motherboards, power supplies, gaming PCs, workstation hardware, enterprise hardware and related items.
Delivery options, costs and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout where available.
GPUsed aims to dispatch orders promptly, usually by the next working day where possible, subject to payment status, order time, fraud checks, stock availability and courier availability.
2. UK DELIVERY
GPUsed offers free UK delivery on eligible orders unless the checkout or product listing states otherwise.
Express or next-day delivery options may be available at checkout.
Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed unless GPUsed has expressly agreed a guaranteed delivery service in writing.
3. DISPATCH TIMES
GPUsed usually dispatches orders by the next working day where possible.
Dispatch may take longer if:
- the order is placed outside working hours;
- payment has not cleared;
- fraud checks are required;
- the delivery address needs verification;
- the item requires additional testing, packing or handling;
- the order is large, high-value or unusual;
- the courier is delayed or unavailable;
- there is a stock or listing issue.
4. ORDER CUT-OFF TIMES
Any cut-off times shown on the website, product page or checkout are estimates unless expressly stated as guaranteed.
Orders placed after the relevant cut-off may be processed the next working day.
Weekends and bank holidays may affect dispatch and delivery times.
5. DELIVERY ADDRESSES
Customers must provide accurate billing, delivery and contact information when ordering.
GPUsed is not responsible for failed or delayed delivery caused by incorrect, incomplete or unclear address details supplied by the customer.
For fraud prevention and payment security, GPUsed may only be able to ship to the billing address or verified address linked to the payment method, depending on the order and payment route.
GPUsed may cancel or delay an order if the address cannot be verified or if fraud checks raise concerns.
6. TRACKING
Where tracking is available, GPUsed will provide tracking details after dispatch or through the order system.
Tracking updates are controlled by the courier and may take time to appear.
If tracking appears incorrect or has not updated, contact GPUsed with your order number.
7. MISSED DELIVERY
If the courier attempts delivery and nobody is available, the courier may:
- attempt redelivery;
- leave the parcel with a neighbour or safe place where permitted;
- take the parcel to a depot or collection point;
- return the parcel to GPUsed.
Customers are responsible for following courier instructions and collecting parcels from depots or collection points within the courier's timeframe.
If an order is returned to GPUsed because delivery was missed, refused or not collected, GPUsed may charge reasonable re-delivery costs.
8. TRACKING SAYS DELIVERED BUT THE PARCEL HAS NOT ARRIVED
If tracking says delivered but you have not received the parcel, contact GPUsed as soon as possible.
Please check:
- the delivery address;
- household members;
- neighbours;
- safe places;
- building reception, concierge or mail room;
- courier delivery photo or GPS information where available.
GPUsed will review the courier information and advise the next step.
9. DAMAGED PARCELS
If a parcel arrives damaged, contact GPUsed as soon as possible.
Please keep the packaging and provide:
- your order number;
- photos of the outer packaging;
- photos of the inner packaging;
- photos of the item;
- a clear description of the issue.
Do not throw away the packaging until the issue has been reviewed, as the courier may need evidence.
10. LOST PARCELS
If a parcel appears lost, GPUsed will review the tracking information and may raise an investigation with the courier.
Courier investigations can take time.
Where GPUsed confirms that a parcel has been lost in transit before delivery, GPUsed will review the appropriate remedy, which may include a replacement or refund depending on stock and circumstances.
11. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
International shipping may be available only where shown at checkout or agreed directly with GPUsed.
International customers are responsible for:
- import duties;
- taxes;
- customs charges;
- clearance fees;
- local delivery charges;
- compliance with local laws;
- ensuring the item can legally be imported and used in the destination country.
GPUsed is not responsible for delays caused by customs, import checks, local courier issues or missing import information supplied by the customer.
12. EXPORT CONTROLS AND RESTRICTED REGIONS
Buyers must not export or re-export products purchased from GPUsed to any restricted, sanctioned or unauthorised region, or to any person or organisation where doing so would breach applicable export control, sanctions or trade laws.
GPUsed may refuse, cancel or block orders where there are export control, sanctions, fraud, end-user or compliance concerns.
13. LOCAL COLLECTION
Local collection may be available from GPUsed in Clapham, London, where arranged in advance or shown at checkout.
Collection is not guaranteed for every item or order.
If collecting, customers may need to provide order confirmation, identification or other verification.
Risk passes to the customer when the item is collected.
14. PACKAGING
GPUsed aims to package items securely and appropriately for the product type.
Used graphics cards, components and fragile technology may be packed using protective materials, anti-static protection where practical and suitable outer packaging.
Customers should keep packaging during the return period where possible, especially for GPUs and fragile components.
15. RISK AND TITLE
For items bought from GPUsed, risk normally passes to the customer when the item is delivered to the delivery address supplied by the customer.
For local collection, risk passes when the item is collected.
Title to purchased goods passes once GPUsed has received full cleared payment and the item has been dispatched or collected, unless separate written credit terms apply.
16. RETURNS SHIPPING
If you need to return an item, contact GPUsed before sending it back.
For change-of-mind returns, the customer is usually responsible for return postage unless GPUsed agrees otherwise or the law requires otherwise.
For faulty, incorrect or not-as-described items, GPUsed will review the issue and provide instructions.
Returned items must be safely packaged. GPUsed may refuse or reduce a refund if an item is damaged because it was returned with unsuitable packaging.
17. ITEMS SENT TO GPUSED BY SELLERS
If you are selling an item to GPUsed or sending an item for part-exchange, the item remains at your risk until it is received by GPUsed.
You are responsible for packaging the item safely and choosing a suitable shipping service unless GPUsed has arranged a collection.
Courier collections arranged by GPUsed may be carried out by third-party couriers and may not be insured by default.
If you require insurance, ask GPUsed before sending the item or arrange your own insured postage.
18. CONTACT ABOUT SHIPPING
