GPUsed currently accepts website orders for delivery to the United Kingdom, Guernsey and Jersey where the destination and service are offered at checkout. Royal Mail is the normal carrier. Free standard delivery is available where Royal Mail provides the selected service at the normal checkout price.

Available services can include Royal Mail Tracked 48, Tracked 24 and Special Delivery. The exact service, price and availability shown at checkout control the order.

GPUsed aims to dispatch an order by the next working day after cleared payment. Orders completed before midday are often dispatched the same working day, but this is not promised. A dispatch estimate is not a delivery guarantee, and the selected Royal Mail service begins after dispatch.

Tracking is provided for dispatched orders. If an item arrives damaged, tracking stalls or a parcel is marked delivered but cannot be found, contact GPUsed as soon as possible with the order number, tracking information and any relevant photographs. Keep the item and all packaging while the issue is reviewed.

For a consumer order, the risk of loss or damage normally remains with GPUsed until the item is physically received by the customer or the person the customer identified to receive it. A customer who independently commissions a carrier not offered by GPUsed can become responsible from handover to that carrier. Report a problem as soon as possible so GPUsed can preserve tracking, packaging and carrier evidence.
