Refund policy

Every physical product sold by GPUsed has a 30-day return window beginning on the day it is delivered. Every physical product also has a 30-day GPUsed warranty beginning on delivery. These periods run at the same time; the warranty does not begin after the return window ends.

GPUsed extends the time for a consumer to request a change-of-mind return to 30 days from delivery. The statutory distance-selling right allows a consumer to cancel without giving a reason by telling GPUsed within 14 days after delivery. After exercising that statutory right, the consumer normally has a further 14 days to send the goods back.

To use the extended GPUsed return window, contact GPUsed within 30 days of delivery with the order number and reason. Do not send an item until GPUsed confirms the return route and address. Send the item promptly and, for a statutory cancellation, no later than 14 days after telling GPUsed about the cancellation. GPUsed may agree a different return timetable in writing.

The authorised returns address is GPUsed Ltd, 5 Lion Yard, Clapham, London, SW4 7NQ. Do not travel to or send goods to this address without arranging the return, collection or drop-off first.

Consumers also have statutory cancellation and product-quality rights. The GPUsed 30-day terms add to, and do not replace or reduce, those rights.

Return the item, included accessories and serialised parts in the condition reasonably expected after inspection and ordinary handling. Pack it safely. GPUsed may make a lawful deduction for diminished value caused by handling beyond what is reasonably necessary to establish the item’s nature, characteristics and function.

Where the return is for a verified fault, misdescription, incorrect item or other GPUsed responsibility, GPUsed will provide or reimburse the reasonable agreed return method. For a change-of-mind return, the customer is responsible for the return method and cost unless GPUsed has stated otherwise. The customer remains responsible for using suitable packaging and following the carrier’s restrictions.

For a consumer's statutory change-of-mind cancellation, GPUsed refunds the product price and any outbound standard-delivery charge paid. If the customer chose a more expensive service, the extra amount above standard delivery does not have to be refunded. GPUsed does not charge a restocking fee; a lawful diminished-value deduction can still apply as explained above.

Refunds are made to the original payment method unless law permits and both sides agree another route. For a statutory cancellation, GPUsed issues the refund without undue delay and no later than 14 days after receiving the goods back or receiving evidence that they were sent back, where that evidence is sufficient and the law requires the earlier date. Bank or payment-provider processing time after GPUsed issues the refund is outside GPUsed’s control.

Digital content, services, personalised items or hygiene-sensitive sealed goods, if ever sold, may have lawful cancellation exceptions that will be stated before purchase. This does not remove rights where an item is faulty or not as described.

A business purchase receives the stated GPUsed 30-day contractual return and warranty terms unless a separate written business agreement says otherwise. Consumer-only statutory cancellation rights do not apply to a purchase made wholly for business purposes.
