What makes a useful component submission?
Give the exact manufacturer and model, not merely “gaming RAM” or “Intel processor”. State whether the item is working, faulty or genuinely untested. Then describe the physical condition, what is included and any repair or modification you know about.
Add clear photographs of labels, connectors and damage. If you have several items, put the quantity beside each model. A single overhead photograph of a hardware pile may look rather magnificent, but it asks the person quoting to play an unnecessary game of component archaeology.

Working, faulty or simply untested?
Use the description that reflects what you actually know. An item is faulty when a fault is known. It is untested when you genuinely lack suitable equipment or a safe way to test it. Reaching a BIOS screen or spinning a fan may be useful evidence, but it does not always prove stable operation.
Faulty computer parts may still be considered, usually at a substantial discount to an equivalent working quote. Whether buying one makes sense depends on the part and fault. Never power visibly damaged equipment, open a power supply or improvise a test that risks the rest of your PC.
From quote form to payment
- Send the details. Complete the form with the exact item, quantity and current condition.
- Receive a personal review. GPUsed assesses suitable hardware and sends a quote. You can accept or decline; there is no fee and no obligation.
- Follow the sending instructions. If you accept, use the agreed route and put the parcel into the post within the seven-day quote window. A carrier delay after posting does not penalise you.
- We inspect and approve the item. It is checked against the description after arrival. Payment is normally sent on the same working day after approval, although bank or PayPal processing affects when it appears.
Use proper anti-static protection and enough rigid cushioning to prevent movement. A bare circuit board in a thin envelope is less a parcel than an experiment, and the result is rarely useful.

Use sell bulk computer components for mixed business, workshop or PC-builder inventory. A structured list replaces repeated forms and lets quantities, location and collection practicality form part of the quote. For five or more graphics cards, the bulk GPU route is more specific.
