A few extra letters can change the quote

RX 7900 GRE, RX 7900 XT and RX 7900 XTX are separate models, not interchangeable names for the same card. The same goes for an RX 6600 and RX 6600 XT. Copy the full name from the card label or your original order, then check it against the card itself.

The partner version matters as well. Sapphire Pulse and Nitro+, PowerColor Hellhound and Red Devil, XFX variants, ASUS, MSI, Gigabyte and AMD reference designs may have different coolers, dimensions and accessories. Include the product line rather than writing only “Sapphire Radeon”, for example.

If you aren't sure, a clear photo is fine. There's no need to open the cooler or alter the card to identify it.

What should I say about condition?

Tell us what the card does in normal use: whether it displays properly, runs your games, makes an unusual noise or has a known fault. Include repairs, changed coolers and missing parts. “It was working when removed last year; I can't test it now” is more useful than an unsupported “fully tested”.

We buy faulty cards too, assessed on their individual faults and value. Older or low-value cards may make more sense alongside other items, so ask about the whole lot before arranging postage.
