This card has passed several tests. These tests include - A 1 hour run on Furmark (for temperature readings and to ensure stability), one run on each of Unigene’s Heaven and Superposition benchmarks (for performance figures in relation to brand new models) and we only buy cards in once they’ve passed all 3 tests and remained below 75°C, even under the extremely high loads of a 1 hour Furmark test. Finally, we perform a visual check to ensure it’s in good enough aesthetic condition before we buy the product in. This insures we never have stock we’re not happy with, so you never have to worry when buying from us!

All our cards are in good working condition as explained above. However, if you receive your order and it unfortunately doesn’t work, don’t panic, we have a 30 day return window, with money back guarantee. All so you can enjoy the bargain without being worried about any issues.

Here's the GPUsed product grading system (currently only in place for GPUs)

A+ - New or Like new

A - Excellent / Very good for a used item (our most common grade)

B - Working (may have some cosmetic issues but won't affect performance)

C - Non working (we don't currently sell non working hardware)

FAQs

Are all of your items used?

They are mostly used due to the nature of our business, we buy and sell used tech from several suppliers and sometimes individuals too. To ensure they're still fully functional and their longevity hasn't been affected, we test each item intently and are still yet to have a single return due to it not meeting the customer's expected standards!

How can I part exchange?

If you're upgrading and looking to part exchange, simply head over to the contact form on our website for a bespoke quote and further details of how the part exchange process works.

What postal service do you use?

We use Royal Mail tracked 24 or 48, depending on the value of the item, if you select standard postage at checkout. However, for the speediest, safest postal service - select Royal Mail 1pm at checkout and you'll have it by 1pm the day after dispatch for just a bit extra.

Greater detail will be available when you go to checkout.

What's your returns policy?

Our returns policy can be found in the footer alongside our other policies. But to save some time, we usually offer a 30 day returns policy for any item that doesn't live up to the standards advertised on our site. That is 30 days from receipt of the item at your end to receipt of the item at our end, giving you sufficient time to test and make sure it's working as it should. We've been operating for nearly 2 years now and are yet to have anything returned due to our in depth testing of cards before we even list them for sale, so hopefully we can keep this up!

What's the best way to get in touch with you?

Head over to our contact page for the easiest way to get in touch, when you fill out the contact form, the information is emailed straight to us. Or you can email directly at Max@GPUsed.co.uk or via phone at 07896542603.

How can I see your reviews?

You can see reviews for each indivdual product on the shop section, however, as we haven't sold hundreds of each individual graphics card type, this may not be sufficient for you. So head over to our Trustpilot to put your mind at ease https://uk.trustpilot.com/review/gpused.co.uk.

Where do the donations go?

If you checkout to buy an item with us you'll notice an option to donate, all proceeds from donations are given to our chosen charity. This charity was voted for by our previous customers in the first 2 weeks of 2023. The most voted charity was lendwithcare.org. Click on 'Donations' for more info.

Where are you based?

We're based in East Yorkshire, but we dispatch sales every day, so you can order online, even if you live nearby! If you are thinking about collecting or dropping off an item with us then get in touch and we'll help you find us!
