An RTX 4080 Super isn't an RTX 4080, and a Founders Edition isn't the same product as every partner card using that GPU. Send the full model name, manufacturer and product line, along with clear photos of the card and label.
List the box, supplied adapter, support bracket and any other accessories separately. If you have the original purchase record, keep it handy: we may need ownership or source information for a high-value sale. Only send documents directly if requested, with unrelated personal information concealed.

Tell us about changes before we quote
- Cooling: a fitted water block, replacement fans, changed thermal pads or a missing original cooler.
- Physical condition: damaged connectors, bent brackets, cracked shrouds, corrosion or missing screws.
- Behaviour: crashes, artefacts, a display port that doesn't work, unusual fan noise or problems that only appear under load.
- Previous work: repairs, firmware changes or modifications you know about.
A modification doesn't automatically rule out a sale. It changes what we're buying, so mention it at the start. If you still have the original cooler or parts, tell us rather than reinstalling them purely for the quote.
If a power connector is visibly burnt or damaged, don't power the card up to prove it works. Describe the damage and ask us how to proceed. You don't need to dismantle the card or run a long stress test to request a valuation.
Agree the handover before packing
Postage is covered for eligible UK sell-to-us transactions, but don't assume any label or carrier service covers the full value of an expensive card. We'll agree the route and any specific packing or cover requirements with you. If something is unclear, ask before posting.
Protect the card against static and movement, use suitable cushioning and a sturdy outer box, and keep loose metal accessories separate from the card. A retail box alone is not necessarily enough protection for transit. Follow the sending instructions and parcel checklist.
Post within seven calendar days of your quote using the agreed route. A carrier delay after timely posting won't invalidate it. Keep the posting receipt and tracking details.
Checks first, then payment
Our team can quote a straightforward submission in as little as 10 minutes; unusual, modified or specialist hardware may need a longer look. Once the card arrives, we check its identity, condition and operation against your description. See our GPU testing process.
Payments are normally sent the same working day once the hardware passes our checks. That isn't a promise of payment immediately on delivery, and the bank or PayPal may have its own processing time.

Selling RTX A-Series, Quadro or professional RTX Ada hardware? Use the workstation route; for A100, H100 and similar hardware, use AI GPUs. Those need different identification from a GeForce gaming card.
